when can i bring them outside for supervised play time and for how long if im working in my garden? also is there any thing besides food water and shade, i also need? its 90 degrees in the sun

They will be fine at that age as long as supervised. The momma hen takes her new brood out at that age all the time!

Temp sounds fine. They might find a bug to go after or something fun like that. They can stay out as long as you're out there, with a little food and water.
