My chicks stomach is popping out......

Poor baby. Just make sure he's getting some water, and if he'll eat, some watered down chick starter.
How do I give them water and food while they are sick? What should I feed him in the state he’s in? Should I just open his mouth and squirt water? I’m scared he might get aspirated

In the past, what I've done is hold a medicine dropper to their beak (if they won't drink by themselves) and squeeze out a drop at a time. Normally, the wetness on their beaks will cause them to open, which allows you to get a couple drops in (this is just from my limited experience).

I've also used that but I've never tried that with food.

This probably won't be a popular answer, but if that was my chick, I would put him down. Not all chicks will make it. Mother Nature is not always kind. If that chick would have hatched in the nest, I doubt the hen would have had anything to do with it. Its cruel to keep them alive to make us happy.

How do you even put it down?
