Monica, Please go see him, I didn't go and see my Dad and by the time I got there he was incoherent. I never got to tell my Dad I loved him one last time and see that he knew it. He slipped into a coma, and passed a few days later.
I will keep him in my prayers.

Thank you all, I really want to go see him, I will still think on it, gotta find someone to watch DGD as she is too young to be allowed in, at least she saw him in june.
My sweet husband told me it's my decision if we go or not.

You will be in my prayers tonight. My dad passed away 5 years ago. He was also in the hospital. We were not close but I was glad I went to see him. I think I would have regretted not going because he was ready to go home. May peace be with you and your family in the days to come.
