For me today is banana and skim milk day. Other than the soup I can eat up to 8 bananas and all the skim milk. supposedly this is going to break my sugar cravings. I don't really think I have those though since I almost never eat sugary things and drink my coffee black.

I thought I felt less bloated and spent 10 minutes in front of the mirror this morning. I wonder if I can see if my belly is shrinking yet?

I am still a size 36 jeans, but somehow there seems to be less there?! I dunno. First time I've actually dieted and see it working day to day. And I'm not really starving myself, just eating differently.
 
lol I think I am going to go off diet saturday and throw caution into the wind because my favorite teams are playing. Its the big Michigan/Michigan State weekend where me and the wifes family are divided (michigan fan here) but to top it all off, it's my b-day on sat so in honor of my bday and my fav football game, I want hot wings and beer

I am down 3# and this is day 3! I told my huband last night that I was dieting. Otherwise he would never know.
 
Sounds like you all are doing better then me.
Lets see I have been doing OK. 1st day I really didnt eat much. was sick for most of the day. day 2 yesterday I kept looking at a cake my mother baked. So sadly I ate almost 2 pieces for breakfast. Today I woke up and was really starving so I ate a half a bowl of cereal. ughhhh. I am trying though lol. Been working out to try and lose those extra calories I got from that cake

Then I should be ok. Going into town sometime this weekend and will get me a bushel of fruit. I have done it before. Last year I was able to lose weight extremely fast. Almost 5-7 pounds a week. Wasnt a crash diet though. I just ate good. Now I dont know why its not working like that now
