Is anyone out there still on a diet? Boyd - are you ready to start up again, maybe next week?

I know we are all BYC addicts, so exercise isn't really our priorty, but I was hoping this thread would get revived soon.
 
I am sorta back. Trying to catch up. Threw my back out a couple weeks ago and still trying to find out where it landed. I did start seeing a therapist to help handle all the health issues and why I sabotage myself in the diet and exercise so often.

I started working out again sometime when this post started, but somehow I've completely missed it the whole time. I'm one pound from my December '09 goal and after that 5-10 lbs. for my August '10 goal. It doesn't sound like much, but this one pound has been the hardest to lose. It's like a brick wall I'm still trying to get over. I've started eating healthier and drinking lots of water.
 
Ok. Life has settled down enough for me to restart this.

Weighing in at 220.6 at 5'6" tall, orange mohawk and tons of attitude, we give to you, the blob!!!!!

Today is going to be all veggies and fruits.
 
how much of a negative calorie count is this - visited the new grill for breakfast (salt ham steak, hash browns, eggs) but it was a total pipe-cleaner!

Boyd - you should add some eggs to those fruits and veggies - get that protein in. I never feel good unless I have a good source of protein a couple of times a day, but that's how I'm programmed....

While I was at the store I found sunflower Kernals so I am going to be adding a pinch of those to every salad to maintain my protein. I also bought some sparkling water in lime flavor with no sugar, no carbs, no calories?!
