She eat her feed and sometimes biscuits and acts fine.. i mean she don't walk as I feel maybe she's in pain while walking but doesn't eat much food ... Plus poop like 3 or 4 times in a day

I would focus on her eating her normal feed, see that she's drinking well and see if the poop improves.
Are all her poops like that or just every once in a while?

Yes her wound is getting better day by day .. she was walking today and still eat less :/ and her poop is sometimes like this maybe bcuz she's not laying egg
I'd seen poop like this when she wants to lay but couldn't maybe bcuz of injury :/
