my dog needs help and idk what to do...

Good luck with your pup! Hopefully you can get some answers soon...to add my two cents I had a dog once upon a time who had two pups on me two weeks after I found her. This girl had no belly no teats.....nothing. I had her for two weeks and literally woke up to her going into labor.......hopefully she’s just having a hormonal issue...she’s a lady after all! Seems humans and animals are far more alike then we realize.

Did you ever get her to the vet and find out what was wrong? How is she now? From what you said, she should have been to the vet by the 3rd and that was about 2 weeks ago..

Yes! They said it wasn’t anything to worry about it was just hormonal stuff (they said “delusion” haha they said there wasn’t really anything to do about it they said to try to keep her active outside so she wasn’t as focused on her “baby”
They said I could take the toy away if I wanna detach her from her toy but she will gradually detach herself but it will happen until she has pups. So I didn’t take her toy away and she still licks it and stuff but she’s doing way better and pretty much back to normal! Thank you for checking in and all your support!!

So it was just hormones and a false pregnancy (delusion, as the doctor put it).

I'm so glad it turned out to be something that did NOT get worse by waiting until after Christmas to see the vet! (Given that seeing a vet sooner wasn't possible anyway.)
