My drakes foot is ALWAYS bleeding??!

have you tried to gently pull off the scabs on his foot? Use your finger nail and try getting under one side and see if you can get the scab to start coming up. If it won't come easy then you keep soaking and using the iodine[clear]till you can get the scabs to come up easily.

I'll be doing that today when I do the surgery
 
They gave me this to try for the blood.
