Big boy Aflacs feet as of yesterday! Still healing since it was such a deep severe case as you long time followers of this journey know, but he looks so good and healthy! Just finishing healing him up

looking much better, though keep an eye on the foot in the picture to the left ( i think its his right) it looks like there is some pus there. the next time you look at his feet see if you cant get that white gunk to come out

I'm having what I hope will be minor surgery on my wrist today, so if I can't type for awhile, remember that I'm one of your biggest fans.

Time for a new profile picture--one that shows the young woman who has been successful in treating Aflac's feet. You may think you couldn't have done it without the guy, but you would have found a way.

We may not be able to control what pops into our heads, but we can learn how not to make a comfortable home there for thoughts that contribute to our unhappiness. If Ronnie and the girl pop in, have your internal butler show them out of your mind immediately and turn your attention to your own business. Allowing thoughts of them to hang around in your mind is torture. Don't do that to yourself!

Divide up the duck keeping chores and do yours at a different time from when he does his. Show that you are moving on with your life and I'll bet a lot of the showing off with the new girl will taper off. Even if it doesn't, it won't matter to you anymore because you will be too busy doing all of the things you didn't have time for when you were dating.

the ducks and all the birds are all mine. I now have 100% ownership. He's no longer a part of it he walked out on me. It's a lot of responsibility now but I'm learning to do it. Awww that's so sweet thank you! That biggest fan comment made me smile. My story is a long one full of blood sweat and tears but I've managed. It means the world to me you are so kind. At least there are good hearted people out there. I will change my pic!!!!!

the ducks and all the birds are all mine. I now have 100% ownership. He's no longer a part of it he walked out on me. It's a lot of responsibility now but I'm learning to do it. I'm so glad!! I had you in my thoughts! I hope you recover well and feel better you deserve the best!! And aww thank you so much. That touches my heart, that your daughter and I are alike. That means so much to me for you to say that I appreciate you and it means a lot to hear. Right now my life is a mess and I'm finding my way in a dark room and it's hard. I'm not gonna lie I'm still grieving and now I'm stressed doing all the birds on my own, but I'm making it work. It hurts but I'm trying to keep my head up though Ronnie is only trying to push me down. What is easy to see in me..?
