My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

Pics
I have 4 hatchlings now, 5 if you include Preemie (now known as Rocky, cos he's such a little fighter!)!!!!!! There's one more which I think may come through the night That leaves 4 eggs which I'm not sure of. Although these guys are 3/4 days early, so the others may just be on track!!!!!

As a side note, mine were dry hatched (humidity at 25/35%), except for misting once a day, then when I noticed the pips, I put them on lockdown, and upped the humidity to 70%.

You might want to think about lowering your humidity for the next 6 days, 'cause 50-55 seems kind of high. Regarding the plugs, maybe remove those now? Neither of my bators have plugs so I can't really comment on when one should remove them.

I live in Louisiana, we have gills here! I think it purpose of the plugs is to help adjust humidity... I saw it somewhere that you take them out to lower the humidity. The holes are about the size of a pencil... There are other holes for air flow and these do have the fan, not still air. But like I said, they came with crap directions.

I can't dry hatch here... ran the one without water and humidity in it dropped to 0%. I read somewhere that humidity less than 20% isn't good for eggs, but don't quote me on that.
