My duck fell and it’s acting weird

I had my week old ducklings on my bed and one fell on its back and couldn’t get up. I got him up and he seemed fine at first then I put him in his home and he stayed at the water bowl and put his beak in it and left it in there. he was taking heavy breaths and he couldn’t walk or stand. What do I do?!?!
