I'm starting to feel that this is not a weird temporary kink. I posted the last message on december 16. And they are solid good eggs. She never has laid wind-eggs (don't know the English word, it might be the same word?). Just started with a smaller egg with black dust on it, that week two more with less black dust, and being a steady daily egg-layer with the size it is now from them. Chicken-egg size. The white ones are a tad too high to fit in a chiken-egg-carton.

Oh, you say Wind-Eggs (as a literal translation) in the Netherlands too, same word used in Germany: "Wind-Ei" - sometimes used for people with stupid thoughts. Another word for a soft-shelled egg (that's what it is called here) in German is "Hahnenei" - Rooster-Egg. We also say "trying to breed a wind-egg" if somebody pursues a goal that has no chance of being successful at all. - Languages! Love it!

Hahahaha.
It is indeed windei.
But we use it when someone makes a too big statement. "I can run gazzilion miles in one day at any moment!'. "yeah, that is just a windei". He is full of male cow manure. He says he is going to make a big turd but we only get a fart. We don't use it for stupid people. Only at the moment that people are clearly overly estamating themselves.

Okay, I'm not so happy anymore. She is laying 3-4 eggs now per day for the last 5 days. She still looks and acts healthy, she is in the mating season right now, she has not been getting thinner, eats, drinks, swims, the same. She has gotten a lot more silent. And her eggs are getting out with a lot of mucus and she seems to have more trouble then usual to get the eggs out. So I'm going to the vet.=/

Don't trust this. Allthough it are perfect eggs and she looks healthy, I just want to be assured.
