It is normal for birds to be traumatized after an attack, and not eat/ or drink much. However, it would be good to start weighing them on a food scale, to get a baseline weight on them. If they lose around 5% of that weight, it would be advised that you implement some sort of tube feeding. It's easy to do at home, and your vet would probably show you how to do it as well.
You can offer them a warm soupy feed mash often, and try to drip sugar water, or an electrolyte such as Gatorade along their bill to keep them hydrated. Keep them in a warm, stress-free area for now. If they're not able to hold their neck up well, provide a shallow dish of water to prevent drowning or possible aspiration.
