My Easter Eggs!

And the rest of them. 1-2 blacks and all the rest blues.

No headspots so I have no easily ID'd boys.

We just has a strong storm sweep through with torrents of rain and light hail.

The moment the rain stopped I went out to check the brooder.

Guess where my babies are?

Right up against the exposed wire of the vent wall enjoying the fresh air.

(I only had one corner of the tarp pulled up so that there would be sheltered area since I was expecting storms -- which might have occurred before anyone got home from work or school).

I don't know if they spent the actual storm under their brooder plate or in the huddle box, but right now this minute they're in their usual favorite spot next to the window.

:pop Oh, so cute! What will be the deciding factor(s) about who you will keep?

I'm keeping Ancho, because I want one of Chiptotle's daughters.

I'll keep a couple olive egger girls.

But I'm going to hatch more until I get a few splash Australorps to further the breeding of the Blue Australorps.

Thats funny my chicks would rather be outside than inside. Since they wont go into the coop at night.
