I had 5 babies of theirs that I hatched out a couple of weeks ago. She took all of them and one of my 8week old roos.

No worries. And I have 5 more millie eggs in the bator, hoping for a couple more pullets for the Spring.

My little Millie, Chip, still hangs out with them, and in all the pictures it's like playing "Where's Waldo?"

I love this photo...
TaylaandShannonwithbabies.jpg

It was sent to me by a customer in Homer that lost all of her millies and all but one silkie to a neighbor's dog. She asked a friend that was driving through to pick them up from me, and she took Chip's brother, 5 millie babies, and my first 3 silkies from Elvis/Bronson's first hatch. These are her daughters, and they are all very much enjoying their new family.

Oh, and Cyn... an updated photo of Tyson. What a ham he is. He loves the camera.

He just stood there and posed for about 10 minutes before the dog caught on that there was a chicken in the house.

And BTW... if you have chicks that you have hatched from me, please feel free to post photos here.

Hey Tori they are growing up so nice. I really like the roosters in 1,2, and 5 very nice. Is that the same rooster in picture 1&2? Pearl man is looking darker too. I love watching them grow. I have some here I hatched around the same time you did and they are looking mighty fine.

No, Roos #1 and 2 are different. #2 hasn't feathered out as much, and is really blocky, and is really black compared to the others. I need to finish their pens so I can let them outside for a little bit. BUT, it doesn't look like we're going to hit 28°F today, so maybe not quite yet...

Isn't chip a little cutie?
