They had a special on this a couple months ago on our news, the women would treat them like actualy babies and go grocery shopping etc. witht them

My former neighbor was a reborn artist and she made and sold dolls. She has them all over her house, but they're set up like dolls, not babies. She treated it more like a craft hobby, so I didn't find it creepy.

Dr. Phil did a show on people who are into this hobby. Some of the dolls are so realistic that it makes you do a double-take. I thought the creepiest part was when they showed her craft room and there were lines of heads and doll parts - looked like a horror film!
