My feeder plans were stolen and being sold, what can I do to stop it?

I was just informed by a fellow BYCer that my treadle feeder plans and pictures of it were stolen and are being sold on Craig's List (http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/grd/2073381500.html - and from there the thief has a link to another web site). Is there anything I can do to stop this? Thanks for your insights.

No, it's all borrowed from other designs. I don't care if everyone built one with the plans I posted on BYC, I don't want someone else profiting from it.

Not much you can do unless you have a patent for the feeder and the plans. If you have a patent then you will need a patent attorney, and you will need to sue them.

I found the guy's phone number and called him, gave him heck and gave him an hour to get it off the web. He said he'd take it down immediately. And he did. The funny thing is, I posted the plans here so anyone could build one, in the spirit of sharing and learning. I hope people do build them, I just don't want them to have to pay for the plans.
