Ok friends. This is MrsFarmerJoe here again.
I've successfully culled my first chicken( for those of you who recall my slightly unrudely Rooster). It was a family affair, and a little tougher than I thought. I just well it was first. The actual kill ehh, the hand plucking surprisingly easier and quicker than I thought( I was pricing a plucker, but for this purpose not worth $500). Cleaning and processing easier than I thought as well. Satisfaction of completely a completely new adventure. Very high on the Proud of myself and my family! Any ideas on the best way or recipes for cooking this bird?
