My chickens are finally starting to lay (having been hatched this summer) ..so far so good size wise with average egg size between 60-70 grams.. But one hen is laying 72-76g eggs almost daily. Yesterday she laid a whopper 92g egg. We boiled it and I sent it to work for lunch and to our surprise it was our first double yolk!

I have 3 white rocks,2 red sexlink, one unknown, and one NHR (new Hampshire red) that are brown egg layers.. So far today I've gotten 4 brown eggs wt: 55.7 66.8 70.3 86.5
..I expect to get 1-2 more eggs but sometimes its late in the day

The white egg layers are 2 phoenix, 1 buttercup, 1 campine, and 1 modern game. Only one of the white egg layers is producing so far.
