Yep! I LOVE turkey bacon! 'Course, I have nothing against regular bacon- turkey bacon is less greasy and fatty.

It tasted amazing to! I added some of my homegrown sweet banana in the egg, and added some shredded cheddar cheese after removing egg from frying pan. Oh how I love that copper frying pan!

Lol, I am so sorry...sweet banana PEPPER. Not an actual banana. My bad. However, I would love to have my own banana tree but I'm sure it wouldn't do here. Too cold during the winter. And no where in my house for a dwarf tree.

To further clarify sweet banana pepper...it is mild and sweet tasting like a bell pepper, but banana peppers are longer, thin-skinned, slimer and pale yellow in color giving it a banana-like appearance.
