My firstborn baby chick cannot walk, however my secondborn can. Is there a problem?

My firstborn baby chick cannot walk, however my secondborn can. Is there a problem? The firstborn is noticably larger than the secondborn, and the firstborn is only a few hours old, the secondborn even less. Is there a problem or is this normal? Help!

The wont be able to walk for the next day or two from when they are hatched... They need to get their walking legs first how old are they?
