Today is day 21! Last night. I heard them chirping and at 6 this morning two of them had pips. They have made some progress but not too much. They are less active then they were. I have 7 eggs total from my 2 buff orpington hen and my splash hen. I see definitely wiggling in all eggs but two :/ I figured that would happen due to some temperature spikes. When should I worry about the two with the pips if they haven't hated yet.

I have heard it can take a long time. My first pip was at 6ish a.m. and that chich was out at 2 p.m. I had some that went from pip to zip in under two hours.

Your pips look large, almost like the beginning of a zip. Can you still see those chicks beaks?

Yes I can see their beaks but they have done anything else in the past few hours. The other eggs I can just hear chirping but no pips.

I would just keep watching them, some take a longer resting period after pipping than others do. Like Subhanalah said, some take up to a day. I haven't had to assist a chick yet, so I really don't know when to offer help.

5 have hatched so far but one egg pipped today and there is blood. I can see its beak but the rest is just blood. What can I do

Leave it alone. The chicks air supply comes from blood transferring oxygen through the membrane. The pip probably broke one [f these vessels.

It will contract on its own
