I just thought I'd go take pictures of my pretty flock. I bought most of these chicks in March. They've been laying for about 2 months, the eggs are steadily getting larger and increasing in number!

    This evening's eggs.
I believe the top one (looks white but is actually cream) either belongs to an EE or a Cochin-- more likely cochin..
The two medium brown ones are definately BO.
The GIANT (seriously, get MASSIVE green and olive colored eggs here) green one is EE.
And that dark brown one has to be Welsummer. Look at that bloom! It appears almost purplish.

What fun colors... when I first started my flock, I chose by egg color! I didn't want any plain white. I was definitely discriminating:)

    Thanks!

The girls are really enjoying the weather as of late... I have been letting them roam the yard and they are so funny... Running up to see if I have any treats for them every time I go out to check on them.

Here is some pretty eggs I collected this evening... More were layed this morning but we already ate those...
