I've been fortunate to expriance both. Though we've only ever rented houses so that's another danger on its own. I've moved houses and property probably about 6 times. Luckily, we've been at the property we're at now for several years. So I think we're here to stay.

We only just bought this house so it will be an experience by itself to see how the weather is around here. I came from suburban household and my partner for 1 acre to now 10 acres so learning slowly about tank water, septic and weather conditions.

Even so sometimes it's not even easy for us.

Update on our weather:
No rain yet. Its forecast for Friday at the moment.
Also, Spring starts at the end of next week and there has already been brown snake sightings.

I know! Its early hey! We are having cold nights and hot days so they are coming out to bake in the sun. 1 brown that was caught about 30mins if that from us was 6 foot! Already.
