Maybe bring her in for a bit if u can? Try see if she eat any scrambled egg or protein ? Maybe bit honey in water?

I could take her in but I'm reluctant to wake her at the moment. I also think bringing her in from the cold and then bring her out will stress her out and she'll get worse. I'm scared I'll find her dead when I wake up and that would just be a nightmare. She won't eat anything. She doesn't want to eat anything. If things keep progressing like this I'll have to feed her from a syringe.

Bring her in the house and get her warmed up. Make sure she has fluids. Can you post a picture of the poop? I am sorry this is happening. Poor girl!

There is almost a lump near her abdomen, but I'm not sure if this is normal. She secreting something that is clear liquid. She shivers from time to time but it might just be from the cold.

Can you brig her in for eh night in a dog kennel? That will be he bet thing of her so you can keep tabs on her. It okay to wake her up to bring her in.

Check her crop. Is it full/squishy/hard/doughy/empty?

Do you have a kitchen scale? Keep calling the vet and see if you can get squeezed in for an emergency.

I would bring her in and make her as comfortable as you can. It doesn’t sound good. Really, making her comfortable depends on your relationship with her, but it doesn’t seem to me like she is going to be missing the flock at this time, and if she is comfortable being handled by you it would be easier for her. And at this point it probably won’t be a concern in temperature swings. She is either going to need a lot of nursing and care, or she may pass on. If that’s the case a comfortable place to do so would be a kindness. She may not even need a crate, a laundry basket and some old towels may suffice.
