My Hansel and Gretal - What breed are these two? I know they are a game bird but what?

I rescued these two over a month ago and they are doing great! She was badly injured. I call them Hansel and Gretal. I have to keep them apart from my hens. I have six laying girls and I don't think they would go over to well. These two have won my heart and I watch them grow and get healthy. How could someone just dump them and let them die. I would like to know what they are. I have looked at some many pictures of "game" hens and cocks than nothing matched. He is golden and she black with gold trim. Comments are welcome. Thank you!
