I use LG 9200 and love it, super easy (NOT the 9300!!!) but quite a few have issues with temps...
DIY ones would be my #1 choice, I have some of the stuff to make one out of a cooler.
Brinsea are very very good, you pretty much put them in and forget but they are small and hideously expensive. ($300+)
Incuview, farm innovators, and GQF cabinet bators are also common choices....

Love my Brinsea and I'm so glad I have mine! You also have to look at your lifestyle. Are you going to be home 24/7 for 21 days and can fuss with a cheap incubator whenever it needs it? Or are you going to be gone for the weekend, work 8+ hours a day, or want reliability so that you know the bator will be the same temp when you get home as it was when you left?
