do you understand yet I have these ok Bubbles the one with the big face is from GQF while easy to read can't be set after calibration . the little one is called a Mainstays from Walmart if you look at the top picture you see the small one has a nut on the probe this one can be set after calibration . I do not trust digital thermometers at all . I pushed the probe through the top of the incubator near the center and it is at the exact right level at the center of the eggs . the big one $25.00 QGF the little $10.00 Walmart this is what I use and the hygrometer you just got . you can buy similar thermometers at auto zone we use them for automotive ac repair . as long as it can be set after calibration you are good .

looks and sounds good what is your room temperature just watch the thermometer see how it does . average house temperature 70 degrees so now wait and watch fist wait of your first hatch is underway . welcome to the world of hatching it will be fun to watch you maybe bring back memory's

Good.
Temperature is about about 67-70.
I can't wait to get them set, but I am trying not to rush it. :fl

well the fresher the better but it will all be fine you have a lot of good help so you will do good if the eggs are fertile then you have a great chance. now I\m washing dishes and about to cook diner and yes it is late I always feed them late .


Thanks, the oldest of them is 7 days old as of Saturday at 8:00 am. I might cycle the oldest out if I get more eggs.

Yes, from my hens, and they were stored properly in an egg carton since the day they were laid.
