Yep, I figured that out by you last message, and the 75 number being ok. I'll shut up,

no your good if it was a wet bulb any adjustment will need to be made in the bag before opening it . that way you know you have it right once you open the bag the test is lost .now read the instructions carefully and do what it says for adjustment . this little hygro is so amazing the only draw back is placement for easy view .

I'll wait a few more hours. Thanks so much for all your help.

Ventilation question---is it advisable to just take out both plugs and leave them out for the whole hatch to ensure adequate oxygen?

VENTILATION (OXYGEN)
Hatching at High Altitudes post #37908
O2 deprivation to day 10 of incubation followed by regular oxygen concentrations leads to stronger chicks post #33815
PUT THE RED VENT PLUGS IN FOR THE FIRST 10 DAYS ONLY and then REMOVE ALL VENT PLUGS for the rest of the hatch!
NEVER USE VENT holes as a means to Control HUMIDITY especially during HATCH DAYS!

I think I'm crazy. I am 41 minutes into the test run and I have already filled up a whole page of paper with notes.
