One chick, one malpo pip from last night that I think is dead.

Nothing else...... Come on chickies! I can't raise a lone chick.
I can't even tell if there is peeping from the eggs, because the bantam is so loud.

Well that ain't good hope it has changed today and more have hatched .my are hatching like crazy. I don't know how many yet . as hard as I try they are still hatching on the 20th day well mostly . Some will hatch tomorrow I'm sure. guess I'd better go look in on them .brooders are ready I may take some out.

Still just one chick, not looking great. No peeps or movement, and it is day 22 now.
The chick likes to sleep on my lap......

The veins in that EE are traced on from day 18 candle, it isn't really there except for a shadow of a vein.

Alive or dead?

The one with some draw down may have hope, but if the air cells are the same now as day 18, that's a bad sign.

Thanks. Yes, the air cells are the same. I know at least a few got to day 19, as there was peeping. Any idea what went wrong? The bantam hatched perfectly, and is healthy. Shell membrane was perfect.

So sorry Banti. The lav orp looks like the only one with any hope, just from what I'm seeing. Did you see movement in any? Almost looks like a temp spike? They all look about the same distance along. :/

Nope, no movement. A few slosh, so I know they are dead...... Funny thing is the bantam hatched perfect, unless maybe it spiked after it hatched? I didn't see any spikes, but who knows, It might have happened while I was sleeping. It did get down to 92 for an hour because I accidentally hit the control..... would that have done anything?
