What's the temperature where you are???

9AM .Mild and blustery. Cold front moved in. Temps dropped off fast this evening. Birdies still cozy when I got home coop is around 60F, and dry as a bone

Girls and Roos getting along. Only 1 space heater being used. I was surprised that some of the girls hung out at the entrance, even though it was cooling off.
It's lightly raining now, and temps are probably going to drop.

Yep, there are a few around at the moment. It's harmless.
I stepped barefoot on a dead one once; it wasn't harmless. My foot blew up, got red and throbbed. Benadryl gel helped, but it just took some time to go away.

+6C (43F) wind from the south, calling for rain overnight temps falling overnight to +2C. Then tomorrow morning from +2C the temps will drop steady to -3C by afternoon as the wind swaps around from the south to the northwest.

Weather warnings out for rainfall overnight into the morning, then turning icy as temps drop.

Then as the wind swaps to the northwest snow squalls set up. What a shocker….

:he

I was so happy the chooks were able to get outside a bit this afternoon, the snow has melted quite a bit.

Beautiful!

I didn't get a picture but that looks pretty close to what happened here today. The ducks especially had a blast in all the water puddles.

I bet they had a blast!

My gang followed the area my niece plowed almost to the house hahahaha, I had to go herd them back to the barn.

Hopefully the cold won’t last for us both!
