my hen eye is very swollen and have a whitish thick layer or something covering her eyeball

Hello, a few days ago my hen was not eating or moving, her eye was very swollen and I started putting terramycin in it, hand feeding her, she got back up and eating on her own but the eye is not super swollen, like a tick vail or something whitish is covering the eyeball and she can not see out of the eye, some yellowish discharge, any idea what this is and how to fix her? I thought the terramycin would work but been doing twice a day now for over a week and the eye is not getting better :-(

Pictures? Is it her third eyelid? That will often cover an injured eye to protect it.
