The people that are looking after them will only be feeding them, not treating the prolapse. I tried the bandage but was scared that it might get caught in something. But I've watched her closely this week and she is totally capable of pooping if her prolapse is out. But i REALLY hope that it's staying in. I guess the worst thing that can happen to her is the prolapse drying out. But I'll definently make a sling when I'm back home and watching her again, if the prolapss keeps popping outIt is good that you have someone reliable to take care of your chickens while you’re away! I worry horribly every time I have to leave for more than one day, even leaving the animals with my husband (who I know is very capable of taking good care of them)
Enjoy your time off, with your dedication and hard work for this girl you have earned it!
Yes, but i am still hoping that her prolapse stays inEven just feeding them...it can be hard to get people to do this, it is good that you have them and are not just putting out extra food and water and hoping for the best!
Do you really want to know?Guys if the prolapse comes out and stays out for about 4 days, what's the worst thing that can happen to her prolapse?
Yes please. Like I know she can get an infection and die.. but yes tell me pleaseDo you really want to know?
