My hen is crowing

My shavers used to do that, cute name! This behaviour from Nancy has been going on a week now. She's if she's a she is the closest to laying age but then these are my first Araucanas so I wasn't 100% sure

I have a Golden Star hen that likes to get up high and tries to crow. It sounds awful and I have to yell at her to shut up, which she does luckily. Thank Goodness she usually does it in the afternoon. She's the head hen in the pecking order and I don't have a rooster.

It does look like you have a pullet.

That's a relief! I was convinced I didn't have it wrong but then you just never know. I had a little bantam that would attempt to crow also, she was an odd little hen
