Hello again. I haven't posted in a while cause I thought I had everything figured out. Now I need more help please. So a little back ground, in June 2020 we got chicks. Now they're almost a year old. We had two roosters but got rid of one cause they were fighting. So now I have 9 hens and 1 rooster.
Which bring me to my problem. 4 of my female chicks have no feathers on their backs. I got scared, so I asked my friend who has had many many chickens about it. She said it from my rooster getting in top of them. I asked her how I can prevent this, she said I really don't know.
So my question to y'all is: Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Are my hens hurting? They don't seem like they're in a lot of pain. So maybe hiding it? I'm so scared and worried about them hurting.
Thanks for all the advice before hand and now
