My IB has lost all his tail feathers

My IB has lost all his tail feathers and it is not even June. He is in very good health wormed, good poop,eating well and drinking his water and so on. Someone has asked if I had a heat lamp on him last winter which I did. But that's all I got. Why did that matter? Anyway why would this cause him to lose all his feathers. will he be all out of whack for his fall molt? He looks a mess for summer. Will he start to grow new feathers and lose them again in August? Should I be feeding something for molt. I definitely
will be find a new heat source for next winter.

Using heat lamps or any additional light during winter(at night) could affect on their molt, does he got his full train early? If so he will drop it early, also additional lights during winter at night will affect their health by the time.

I only have the one male. no peahens sadly. maybe next year.

If he got confused and his life cycle got scattered for long time he will get stressed and this will lower his immunity, i have seen few males died because of this.
