Welcome Glad you decided to join us! Congrats on your new flock! Treats, talking to them and sitting with them while they check out their new home will get you off to a good start. I always have a mason jar with BOSS around, shaking it and calling the girls quickly taught them to come. They will follow me and if I need to get them back in the run/coop or need them to come for a head count or just plain company - voilà
