Where did you work? Is it the same hospital?
Imagine the people who do not know what type of care they need, they get pushed even further aside than you.
Portland might be what you need. You have come too far to get messed up by a lazy incompetent who does not care.
I just did a mental dope slap to the night nurse, if she comes in tonight rubbing her head, then my telekinesis super powers have finally kicked in.
Jan-itor - mighty being with the power to make people clean up their act!
Rachel, hon, you do what you have to do. Praying for ya, as always!
@hbhoffman Prayers heading your way! Keep up posted, please!
Rachel, please tell us you - and your treatment - are improving!
Rachel. You transfer directly to Portland if you need to. Hospitals absolutely hate that because it makes them look absolutely like the incompetent fools that they are! They also loose reimbursement dollars when a patient gets readmitted for the same problem that they didn't treat adequately the first time around. Consider this: when you stand up for yourself, you are also standing up for the patients who don't know how to do it for themselves. But, yeah, I hear you when you say you're too tired to fight. You shouldn't have to!
hb--prayers going out for healing
So, bless the doctor's heart, she released me last night and is strongly encouraging me to write a letter to admin about my experience. Pharmacy just opened so going to pick up the oral antibiotics here in a moment. Legs look better this am. She called this am to follow up, just wants me to get labs checked tomorrow and I have a follow-up already scheduled on Wed. I wonder if she likes eggs?
Speaking of which, I plugged the incubator back in after I got home last night. Temp is holding solid and I'm putting eggs in today!
Yes bless her with eggs! Rofl!
Glad you are feelin better, Rachel! Please go home and write up the notes and submit them. It does help. Know how it feels to always be on the alert. Hugs!
I think we are going to spend some time here at our favorite hospital. It took 4 tries to get an IV in. Have orders for chest x-rays. There is crackling in the lungs,101° temp. (Normal 97.7) low O2. I think pneumonia (or bronchitis) again.
Thanks for praying!!
Scarily alike indeed - could it be the Germanic influence?
Five gallon bucket full of eggs...?
What's wrong with you?.
obsessive chicken hatching compulsive disorder. OC-h-CD
Maybe there is medication for that.
