My leukemia's back.

Blooie, how does that work with the damage, and not delaying the closing? I know you said the current owner called the insurance company, and I know insurance companies can be a pain to deal with, but when it changes owners, are they still obligated? I'm just curious, since I've never run into that situation before. I know when we had hurricane damage it took about 6 weeks for the insurance company to come do their inspection. It took about 6 months before we saw any money from them. We already owned the place, so I'm curious about how it works when trying to close. Is there a clause in the paperwork that obligates the current owner to ensure all damages will be fixed within a reasonable time?
I am sure it also depends on the insurance company.

When I lived in Texas there was a hail storm that damaged the roof, someone was sent out within the week, and the next week we got the check.

The tummy thing is something that most people with giant breeds like to do. They are extremely prone to bloat, and that often leads to gastric tortion. The stomach actually twists itself closed, sort of like how they twist a sausage when they make a long string of them. By tacking the tummy up, it can’t flip itself shut.

Quicking the nails isn’t very nice, but I’m having it done anyway. I trim her nails the best I can, but they are so thick that I can’t keep them down far enough. They’d only been well trimmed once when she was a little puppy. As the nail grows, the quick inside the nail, the part with the nerve and blood supply, also grows. So afterward I’ll keep the tips trimmed as I’ve been doing, but by cutting them way back this one time the quick will also recede. That slows the growth a bit, and also makes a closer nail trim at home possible. I had to keep my show dogs’ nails super short, and if I hit that quick they would bleed a bit, but I had styptic powder so I’d simply dip the toe into and that stopped it immediately. Hers are just too big and thick for me to keep short enough without occasional help. The vet can do it while she’s under anesthetic, which will help tremendously.
I've had a dog bloat before..scary, but he got through it.

Hey! Been through a lot of tests, including that long MRI, which wasn't so bad after all. Trying to figure out if different med changes, and vitamins will be of help. At least I have some answers. Think I posted this before...but here go again. I have peripheral neuropathy, myelopathy, and occipital neuralgia. I do have another blown disc above where my sugery had been done, but it isn't causing pain, just a bit of numbness in my fingers. Interesting how as time has gone by, that I didn't even notice that my feet were numb in a lot of areas and also my hands. When things happen gradual, you just have a rude awakening one day, then things start happening.... Then you wonder what the heck? Doing good today, made it to church, came back to 2 hatched chicks..have 4 now. Just some nice barnyard mixes that could start laying in Dec. Not sure I will be doing much more hatching. Getting this one in first now. I think a few of you here know how much I enjoy that. My DH is not doing so well. He is in huge denial. Wants another opinion, so, will do. I'm not sure he's been taking his meds. He's still mostly my Scotty man as I lovingly call him, just more problems with understanding him .. more so when he's tired. Makes sense. Hope everyone is doing as well as can be. :love

I read something a couple of years ago about nerve issues causing some of your symptoms. Hopefully it can be figured out if so.
