Maybe that second opinion will give Scotty the determination to keep up with his medication. Hugs to both of you. I pray that Scotty will get that referral for a second opinion quickly, and that the MD he sees will treat him with wisdom and compassion, as well as putting his treatment options in a straight forward easy to understand format (including likely outcomes of taking medication vs. not taking medication) that he can easily understand.

Aww, thank you everyone. Sure do love you guys..and gals. Blooie, thank you, love that guy. John Denver, sang a lot of my favorites back on the day. Ok, I'm excited about the Farmers Market to start next month! Well, I'm ecited about fall coming. Do have a guy in town that sells fresh veggies too. We don't garden right now..a few flowers...used to do a veggie garden, but now, we head to this guy, get tomatoes and cucumbers. Farmers Market...peaches are coming. Yum! Corn on the cob. Soo many different things, and it runs every Sat. for the next couple of months ..pumpkins .. My hatch is done. 14 of 20 that went into lockdown hatched. Here's a group photo and a couple of my favorites.

Remember, had one carton that had a mess going on, egg yolk.. had to wash the eggs that weren't broken, got a couple to hatch from those.

I worked for a dog handler when we both were young 20 somethings. He wanted me to quick the nails and I absolutely refused. Ended up I had to restrain them while he butchered their feet.

Just a horrible thing to do to dogs and their tiny nail stubs made me think of foot binding in women. Just grotesque. Of course some show people also "sored" horses to get that hackney high stepping gait.
