You really need to remove the leg bands from the hatchery. They outgrow that band Meyer puts on in the first few days of life.

Hi, yes, I took them off a couple days after I got them. Chicks were 5 days old when I clipped them off but if I waited much longer, I could see how they would outgrow them! Thank you!

Yes! They are so big. I will try to get some pictures uploaded tomorrow. I'm a little bummed because they sent me a wrong breed. I had ordered a Speckled Sussex and it turned out to be a Welsummer I'm excited for the Welsummer eggs though! Most are fully feathered out now. I'm kind of thinking my Buff Brahma might be a roo but it's a little too early to make a call!
