Thank you. I actually don’t like roses (because of the thorns) but I have two yellow ones I planted in 2012 when my youngest son went to San Antonio for Air Force Basic Training. You know, The Yellow Rose Of Texas! Those two bushes produce THE best smelling roses ever. I love them.@Mimi13 your babies are adorable and your rose bushes are gorgeous! ❤
I’ve often thought they were either rearranging their ‘goozle,’ my fancy word for esophagus, or finishing swallowing something that didn’t quite make it down previously. I hadn’t really thought about them actually yawning.I think they do yawn don't you?
What else would they be doing?
I thought we yawned to get more oxygen to our brain to keep us awake.https://www.lauraerickson.com/radio/program/10670/do-birds-yawn-reworked/
Both my cockatiels and my parakeets would yawn.
At least I always thought that's what they were doingwhy I do not know.
But I don't think anyone really knows for sure why people yawn either.
Would that be you?Oh just some collector who thinks this maybe art.![]()
