I swear its magic.This afternoon when Ralphie was following me and weaving in and out of my legs (he’s gonna trip me up one of these days) I bent over and scooped him up, then sat down up in the chicken yard with him. He wasn’t thrilled to begin with, but I just kept on petting and hugging and kissing and talking to him. He tolerated it, so to speak, for about 10 minutes and the SQUIRT! Yep, he let out a big old juicy one.Shorts only this time, thank goodness. I should have known better.

There are those days when I just can’t keep out of it. During warm weather I always wear flip flops (cheap and easy). I have a dedicated pair that stays right outside the door. During all my rounds I seem to always step in some that ooze up around the soles.
Thus I generally wind up with it on my feet! During wet weather I’ll put on my muck boots, which keep me safe from the poops.
Speaking of the smell of animals — now I don’t like the way my outside dogs smell, but other than that I don’t have a problem with ‘smelling like the animals.’ I love the way my horses smell. I know, I’m crazy!I'm going to do that with my shoes and keep one for outside. My DH said I smell like the animals ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
