Not the best season to be working on new enclosure, but step by step it is coming along. 😅
Seems like we need to go with mostly pine trees for cover since they pretty much demolish everything else but we will try different alternatives come spring.
I wish it would be taller, but it is 2+ metres and the birds seem very content.

No, especially not in Scottish winter - you should have seen the mud slide outside before they fixed it all with fresh soil. It was such a mess! 😂 I'm suprised no one slipped to their death over that wall!


There is also a smaller run at the top, so they've got plenty of space now. All I need to do is give them more perches and plants and make the shelter look more smart. I'm really looking forward to spring!
I can tell the birds are happy just doing "bird things" now. No more pacing along the fence or pecking each other.
