I'm sorry things didn't go well at the PO-- But you probaly have really gotten on their nerves!! Sometimes even if I can't win an argument..,, I still have the satisfaction of knowing if you give me one kind of hell --I will give you 7 Kinds of hell. Try not to be upset-Since you did nothing wrong. Would there be anything illegal about putting a big poster in your yard in neon letters that says something along the lines::: My mail carriers name is _________ and she SUCKS!!!!!! OR sHE IS A EGGKILLER!!!

Just an idea---See if you can find her name and maybe we can all find her email address and send her a few little notes.

ok I googled douglas,ma and then searched the douglas ma website for the post office and they asked for a review so I gave them one , one star cause I couldn't do none
and this is what I wrote
very disappointed in the service, carriers throwing packages from windows of moving vehicles without slowing down or stopping.dear friends fragile eggs destroyed never to hatch.what a shame that our postal workers have such disreguard for peoples belongings

she still showed willful disregard for your property how she handled it and depending how strongly you feel about it, you could take her to small claims court, and if you win she WILL have to pay out of her pocket, and you can request as a non-monetary consideration that the judge order her off your route and that she never handle your mail again. That is what I would do if I was completely ticked and over the edge about this. plus you could ask for time off from work, your court cost, filing fees, the charge to have someone serve her. Failure to admit and give a simple apology (which you probaly would have accepted if that was all she offered) may end up costing her hundreds, and it will cost you some time and trouble. You won't come out ahead money, but you will have hit her where it hurts and made your point.

If I had been the mail carrier-- I would have apolagized and and OFFERED to pay out of my own pocket. We all have days when we do really STUPID things but we are still responsible. That would have been the decent adult thing to do. Not try to make up stories about the eggs already being crushed. And even if that was true, you still don't throw other people's property around nonchalantly no matter what it is. Like the old people say around here " She must not have no home training" Here's another little phrase used here sometimes " trifling ho"

I think if they got enough bad reviews something would get through to the big boss. there are 18000 of us lets get this done. Its not just for one of our members a lot of us ship eggs!
