she still showed willful disregard for your property how she handled it and depending how strongly you feel about it, you could take her to small claims court, and if you win she WILL have to pay out of her pocket, and you can request as a non-monetary consideration that the judge order her off your route and that she never handle your mail again. That is what I would do if I was completely ticked and over the edge about this. plus you could ask for time off from work, your court cost, filing fees, the charge to have someone serve her. Failure to admit and give a simple apology (which you probaly would have accepted if that was all she offered) may end up costing her hundreds, and it will cost you some time and trouble. You won't come out ahead money, but you will have hit her where it hurts and made your point.
