My mind says roosters but my heart hopes for a miracle!

OMG folks! You are awesome! I appreciate ALL of you taking time to help! Unfortunately I’m probably a lost cause.... My husband just found our Phoenix hen (we thought was lost to a predator) in the barn attic rafters. She’s on 14 very developed eggs. A bit too developed for me to be ok destroying. Over a dozen nesting boxes and these jokers picked the center of an old would up hose in the attic. +‍♀️

Chick 11 is the only male I see on this page. Could you post parent breeds again?
Looks like Sultan and Silkie have a lot of influence.

Chick 11 I’m thinking is most definitely. It did the hackle area flaring to one of the adult hens this morning.

The sultan had 0 interest in ALL rooster duties. At his new home he spends his time in a nesting box hoping to lay an egg. Not good for my free range flock.
I think they are mostly Silkie. That dude was overly into the ladies (people, floating rafts, the tractor, trash can...) and why he’s in the freezer...

Hens:
Reddish brown bobtail bantam Cochin
Aracauna? Wheaton with ear tuft.
Silver dun Phoenix - my husband just informed me she’s melanistic so not sure how it effects anything yet..: She is silvery purple with black and purple my head/comb/beak with black skin
Ayam Cemani
Light standard Brahma

Roos:
Sultan black
Silkie somekind of izzle black
EE (Wheaton, black w iridescent blue)
Duckwing Phoenix
Standard Brahma (dark or partridge blue)

Thank god if she hatches these they will be from one of our 2 brahmas x hen (id via egg)
Lot easier to sex when you know!

Yeah then the black Silkie was the father or almost all chicks shown.
I see Cochin in some and possibly Brahma in others.

My son (and husband) were so excited to surprise me with incubated eggs and all I kept thinking was that Silkie only left 2 weeks ago!! We’re on wooded acreage with a pond. My Roos need to be alert bad asses. Sadly the silkies either can’t see or spend the day ambushing the gals.

I'm not at all a fan of Silkies. I find them to be obnoxious and far too much work.
