Well hopefully this is the extent of his poor behavior,and he will stay on his own land.Do you have an enclosed run for the birds? Hard to set one up now with the frozen ground,but if there is a thaw anytime soon I would put something together.

NFH like yours just get worse everytime you push back.Not saying you shouldn't,but I am sure you know to expect more from him.If you have a fenced in yard I would post no trespass signs.I have heard you can not file trespass charges unless you are posted.The signs will make him mad though.I would lock the coop too.

Did your neighbor ever do a survey to disprove yours?Mine never did and still complains about the line. The land issue will make it impossible to live peacefully next to each other,because he will resent the loss of *his* land.And ofcourse after what he did to the hens I would despise the man regardless.

Hope you get those cameras up soon,and there is somewhat of a peaceful existence between the 2 of you. I know if it was a daily issue that stressed me and the family I would want to move...and hope I don't next to someone worse.Best wishes!

still?? I am confused. I read over the posts and it seems like whatever is going on is real. Why doubt it? Why does it matter? This area is random ramblings anyhow, who rambles more randomly than a troll or whatever?

I am just saying I think it is not right to doubt somebody we don't even know. Whatever your experience might be. If you are experienced with trolls, than rather post go message a moderator to close the thread. And rather accuse somebody of acting fishy or rattish, get off the thread.

The advice is given so often to ignore threads that are trolls or of noninterest to you. But I rarely see people take their own advice. If you are in doubt, than get out. Simply put.

OP: I hope you resolved what issues you are having with your neighbor. What a way to end Christmas! I hope things have settled down over there.

I can on here for support, maybe some tips on what to with an animal abuser. Maybe find someone in Northern NJ who would know how I can prosecute. An organization I could turn to. I had no idea my post would start anything like this. I have proof this happened. I'm confused as to why this person would try "HELP" my birds, and then continue to chuck them into the street. My call to the police is pulblc record-go check it out-I did nothing to this man-haven't seen him in months. I have reason to believe he came to my property while I was out, and took my birds-the time frame fits-they get locked up at night-This is my last post. I will not be back

I think I agree with True Grit here.

It's a shame that some of the posters who "want to think they are the most respected" on the forum acted they way they did on this one. I dont support the trolls either but when the OP posts 37 times I think it comes off as legit.
