Not only are the babies cute, but you have taken so much care to make their surroundings so lovely -- beautiful pottery and impecabbly clean brooder. All of that is a labor of love. Gee -they must think they have gone to heaven!

My mom is a potter so she donated one of her pieces for my chicks for when they were young/smaller. It used to get so nasty that I had to change it at least 10 or 11 times a day, so we got them an automatic feeder at our local Co-op. They are much happier here than in that Ideal shipping box, that's all I can say about that! You should have heard the racket they were making when I drove them home from the PO!
