My New Bamtam Coop

Well I installed a PVC feeder today. I tried a 90 elbow but I'll see if I have to change it to a 45 later if it backs up. It's made from 4" PVC sewer pipe.

Really cool perch area! We have 5 bantam hens and I really love their eggs, we get 3 or 4 eggs most days, adorable. I keep joking as we build our double coops and garden shed this year, that I know just where we can put more bantam girls next year! He thinks I am kidding.

So how tall is the ladder when you have to fill it? I love the cutout for feed access. I want to do something similar when I make my own waterers.

It's a reach o a 3 stepper... lol but it holds close to 4 gallons (eqiv) of feed for 4 bantam hens so I shouldn't have to climb very often.
