My New Barn

I will be the first to admit I go over board on things. I am the queen of excess, which might explain why I have so many birds

But not to worry, I know I can't have TOO many cause there's no such thing

Today we had pouring rain ALL DAY

There was almost no progress, but the windows were delivered

And the man door.

And they got one row of ceiling done. They must have been absolutely soaked by the time they left cause I was pretty drenched just walking to and from the car.

ahhh BOOOOO, that stinks that it rained on ya.

The rain was less today and more work was done.

There's packages of shingles on the roof waiting to be installed.

The interior was sprayed with foam insulation. Because we are not keeping the barn "warm" we didn't want condensation or moisture in the walls so we opted for the foam. We asked them not to spray where the pop doors are going.

They are sheeting over the insulation with plywood which we will paint once they are all done.

They hung one of the barn doors (which reminds me I need to get some kind of a latch)

It's raining outside but the floor is nice and dry, that roof must be doing it's job

I can't wait to see what they accomplish tomorrow...
